In Mohali, 974 persons were infected with the Corona Virus in a single day

On Wednesday in Mohali, 974 new patients tested positive for Corona, while 399 people were declared well after battling the disease. This has been confirmed by DC Isha Kalia. She has urged people to follow the Corona guidelines, claiming that only then would the disease be eradicated. Corona infection has now spread from the metropolis to all three sub-divisions of the district’s villages. However, the most incidences of illness are being reported in Mohali City, Dhakauli, and Kharar.

Experts believe that this is due to the fact that the majority of the apartments are located here or that most people live on a rental basis. It’s a densely inhabited neighborhood. Apart from this, people are taking their health seriously and are doing testing on time.

Cases reported in Dhakauli-254, Derabassi-16, Laldu-16, Boothgarh-23, Ghaduan-44, Kharar-177, Kurali-5, Mohali-394, and Banud-45. A lot of places have turned into hotspots. Furthermore, the district administration has extended the hours of non-essential shops until 8 p.m. as a result of this. It’s worth noting that there have been 74065 corona cases documented in Mohali thus far. 68624 persons have been healed of their illnesses as a result of these efforts. There have been 1078 deaths so far.
